Electronics Technician

 

Position will be responsible for performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification, and repair of complex equipment and systems.  Incumbent will oversee and direct onsite installation, testing, and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper working order; isolate equipment start-up malfunctions; take corrective action.

 

Will train customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities; represent the company in a customer support role and be responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and servicing; establish and recommend changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s). You must be capable of working independently on extremely complex problems.

 

REQUIRES: Associate degree from an accredited college or university or a graduate of military basic and advanced electronics or communication technician courses and 10+ years related experience. Applicant must be eligible for, or able to obtain, the appropriate personnel clearance required for this position.”

 

DESIRED SKILLS: 10+ years of field experience in support of electronic systems installation, test, acceptance and maintenance of the following systems: Access Control (LENEL, Cardkey and/or AMAG), CCTV (Pelco, Ganz, FLIR), or other Physical Security Systems.
