Financial/Analyst

Financial Analyst. Experienced financial analyst, preferably familiar w/ONR or DoD accounting systems. US citizenship required. Duties include preparing financial documents, tracking and advising program managers of their status. Preparing and monitoring overall contract performance as well as providing detailed, high-level financial and contractual analysis.

*Prepare Department's RDT&E Budget item justifications (R2) and prepare cost phasing plans.

Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with a diverse group of people including DoD, Industry, and Universities.

-10+ years of experience with contract financial management

-10+ years of experience with budget preparation and management to include budget item justification and cost phasing plans experience

-3+ years of experience with proposals

-7+ years of Microsoft Suites (Excel expert, Word, Powerpoint)
