Four (4) of the 10 year experience, to include: installation of such equipment, and one (1) in design, preparation and modification of engineering documents, and drawings. Four (4) years experience in "Specific Projects" discipline, of which 2 must have been performed within the last 3 years.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for performing customer support activities involving the installation, modification and repair of complex equipment and systems. Oversees and directs onsite installation and testing of equipment to ensure proper working order. Isolates equipment start-up malfunctions and takes corrective action. May make technical presentations. Trains customer personnel in equipment operation and maintenance responsibilities. Represents the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and servicing. Establishes and recommends changes to policies which affect subordinate organization(s). Works on extremely complex problems. Regularly interacts with senior or executive management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers. May do lower level systems design work.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/SKILLS:
